Clay pigeon shooting

Clay pigeon shooting involves using live ammunition to shoot clay discs. For this reason safety is paramount.

At Safari Action we provide all safety gear plus shotguns and ammunition. The firearms instructor is in attendance at all times to advise on technique and to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

We provide a range of shotguns to suit both male and female participants as well as ear defenders and shoulder pads. In other words, all you have to do is turn up and enjoy this exciting activity.

In our experience those new to clay shooting are nervous to begin with but after guidance from our instructors become very eager and enthusiastic. After the initial safety brief scoring can be on an individual or group basis. Needless to say, group scoring brings out the competitive nature and team spirit in everyone involved.
